You have chanting and mantras, visualizations, and various concentration methods. Listening to new age CDs while you remain inwardly quiet is a good technique.

4. Think of the circle concept. Join a circle. The energy of a circle depends on who is in it. Some esoteric circles have a higher vibration than others. Find out what resonates with you and you will be on your way. You might also find the group energy gives you a much needed positive boost and this is the way it should be.
